accept my regards
i have a hdd in the following specification :
seagate 2.5 " , 250 GB , sata
after i connect it to pc3000 in seagate F3 window it reflects 0GB capacity ,
i tried to to repaire it using the soloution
but after spin up , when it wants to clear the s.m.a.r.t , pc3000 shows me :
drive is not ready

after i tried to clear s.m.a.r.t in seagate F3 window manually , it said ( drive is not ready ) again and the terminal error
are as follows :
LED:000000CC FAddr:00237CAB
LED:000000CC FAddr:00237CAB

now what should i do ?

Hello.

Please, turn on "show additional diag messages in terminal" option and try to clear smart once more.
Then terminal should display you more messages, copy them here.

i did what you said , and i used soloution for HDD LOCK , the terminal is as follow :

I can't find the Parameter"show additional diag messages in terminal".
Please tell me how i can find them.
I have a ST9250410AS with FW:0006HPM1
On the first start in pc3k the HDD Lock LED CC Error occurs.
After i tried to solve with the Solution of pc3k, i can see no more, but the solution can't solve the problem. The HDD make the same noises like befor i tried the LED CC solution.

Maybe the problem is elsewhere. Standard LED errors do not affect HSA or spindle so should be no abnormal noises.
