ST3250823AS - Which ROM chip?

Hi,
I've received a customer case which has a broken Sata adaptor and a burnt component. Reading the manual I understand I need to remove the Serial Flash chip from this broken board and put it on a working board. Which chip exactly is it? I labeled them 1 and 2. Or is it both of them?

follow-up question. The donor PCB's I have are the same "part number" as the broken one. However the drives they come from are not identical. They are from drives ST3200826AS, the broken drive is ...823AS!!
