when i open utility in terminal log i got the following message

"SIM ERROR 1002"

i have checked module, there is some modules are corrupted.
is it possible to repair it.

whats the problem with the drive? besides what you mention

It is detecting properly, but when i try to copy the module i got the following error

This module is part of translator and if not readable will not allow data access, but I think this module is loaded correctly to RAM because LBA value is normal.

Are you able to read any information from suface, or maybe you should try Surface Verification to try test surface access.

Surface verification shows some errors, is there any solution to recover data from that

I think some errors will not prevent recovery of user data.
