Usually when i have the Pending error i build head maps and see what head is the pending error BUG, and clone the others heads first.

But this one i can not build the head maps, i try about 3 hours .... all the possible combinations.

I can not read this :

Selected family......................... : Momentus (Venus)
Selected model.......................... : ST9160821AS
Model by ID............................. : ST9160821AS
Detection of HDD COM port baud rate..... : 9600

Trying to load CERT
Error loading CERT code

Does it give you the options for "fix pending bug" in utility actions?

You can try to rebuild CERT with 'T4E' command. If successful, pending bug is repaired. If errors are encountered, it will likely change the interface age from 50 to 4F. if this happens, it can simply be changed back to right age but pending bug will still be present.

I see this problem before where all status register lights appear, and usually happens after switching HDD to SAFE mode for app loading. In some cases I could replace PCB and this solved, but not all cases. Here I think you can try different PCB to ensure his is not problem, alternatively you can attempt 'T4E' command, but this will not complete if errors are found.
