Hi Acelabs support,

Have this disk that is not detect by the seagate utility

ST9100825A

I went to the

tools-->options --> seagate u5, baracuda xxx

models --> ADD

and i put this values

model : ST9100825A
lba : 195371568
heads : 4

Now when i connect the disk the utility just know him

the Sign is MERC2 is this a problem ? because this family is just Mercury ?

What is problem with this drive?

This one have a CE Error Problem, but i could clone it very well.

Just would like to know how can i create new drives if possible to do it?
