In the beginning this media has BSY problem.

It did resolve but now it is showing me 0MB and unable to fix.

I did refer PC3K user manual and short circuit in PCB as per it said in manual.

Now I am getting following msg.

HDD capacity restrict. check (SetMax)...
HDD capacity restrict. check (SetMax)... : Error
SMART erase............................. : Ok
HDD capacity restrict. check (SetMax)...
HDD power supply switching OFF/ON...
COM port reconnection...
HDD capacity restrict. check (SetMax)... : Error
Error : Terminal : error detecting HDD terminal baud rate
Solution for problem "Translation violation (0 GB)"......... : Error

Any one can help me in this case plz.

There is no need for shorting of PCB in this case. Does HDD knock the heads on powering?

If HDD powers, calibrates and remains powered with no knocking then I think you can resolve this by entering translation repair command manually. Maybe you can up the write retries if you have problems.
