after clicking a couple of time. drive will ready. But there is no any calibration from Head So after a ready state actually it is in safe mode. So ALL ID was get from ROM located in PCB. there is nothing you can do if Drive just detected from PCB side withou any calibration from head.
I vote for head problem. I think u need to change its head

this happens when ROM can be initialised and read, but SA cannot, much like the LED error on SNxx drives, but in this case the clicking suggests SA cannot be read because of damaged heads.

I agree with Steven, I think heads are damaged.
