HP12 0Mb problem

We have seen numbers of cases when disk with FW HP12 has problem 0 Mb and we can not solve it because terminal is locked in this FW
Problem can be solved by FW update from official Seagate site to SD1A

It is necessary to download CD ISO image and create bootable CD. Then connect HDD to PC directly and boot from made CD.
Follow instructions of updating program. Then connect HDD to PC-3000 and use solution for 0 Mb.

We found that this firmware suffers same problems as SD15 (Busy Error)
