ST3320820A DiskAccess ReadSector EC=47

Hi all,

Seagate ST3320820A P/N: 9BJ03G-065 Firm: 3.AAD site code: TK

When starts PC3000 only switch in green BSY and DSC. DRD it's not light. Here's the log...

I supose that will be a heat problem that could not read something... but when I do a Head Test:

I am not very experienced with seagate terminal, but in my experience when I have error codes such as EC=43 and EC=47, usually heads need to be replaced.

Maybe someone can give some clarity on this? :)
