The problem in terminal indicate a problem with PCB.
This problem fully discribed in our Seagate manual.

The heads have been misaligned u need to change heads or realign them , the heads have lost its Servo marker and therefore it need App code .
There is one more way to recover data from this error write app code to ram and start using Start (safe) in loader , goto data extractor and clone data .
