What is this error?

What can i do for it ?

Hello ZeBong.

This is a common error for this drive. So it could be caused by two reasons:
- dameged PCB
- dameged heads
Check the heads. If they are allright, change the PCB.

i Change the PCB and change the heads, but the problem still the same error.


I think this is a FW problem, how can i correct this FW problem.

Hello ZeBong,

There is one thing that I want to know.
Is this error appears after drive energization, because if it's so, you could fix
it only with the next update.
If error appear in other way, it can be damaged plate.
