Hello, i would like to ask you if there is any way to recover the data from Seagate 7200.7 drive if the drive cannot read the system sectors code (error 71). Is it possible to transfer these data to RAM somehow from different drive? Or some kind of hotswap? Or to try to write the system sectors from different drive?

It`s PCB or heads problem. Not SysSect as surface object.
Try to use good PCB. If it`ll not help you, it is need to change heads.
Please, don`t try to write any data to HDD! You can damage Sys Sect. After that user data will be inaccessible at all!
