st500dm002 error

When I connect my st500dm002 to pc3000 express and run the utility, it takes about 5 seconds to be ready and the DRD & DSC light green with a clicking noise..
Inside the utility it show this specification:

the real specification is:
Model: ST500DM002

The ID displayed is taken from ROM, because SA cannot read. Clicking noise indicates some mechanical failure. If spindle remains on after DRDY then check PCB is native, if after DRDY spindle stops then heads are bad and you would need to check internally before proceeding with any repairs.
