ST3250310AS ATTENTION! Security-locked HDD.

I am having trouble with a hard drive that won't boot. When I connect it to the PC-3000, this is the message that I get.

ATTENTION! Security-locked HDD.

Selected family......................... : Barracuda 7200.10 NHawk Plus
Selected model.......................... : ST3250310AS
Model by ID............................. : ST3250310AS
Detection of HDD COM port baud rate..... : 9600

I am wondering the steps for clearing the password for the customer. I see some password options in the utility but I am unsure how to use them properly.
