Seagate F3 - changing ID

Hi,

I have many HDD, all F3 which need to be renamed (change the Model). To do this I desolder ROM, change the Model with Seagate Utility, and write the result with a Flash Programmer.
The problem is that I can't have the model in ROM for many of them, PC3K utility Model field is empty and can't be modified. I tried to change it manually, reload with PC3K utility, save it to ROM but HDD is still recognized with native model, also it has been changed in ROM.
I search for another location of the model in SA but I didn't found it.

Do you know where it is stored ?

Well, it is not possible for all the models, unfortunately. Will ask developer and see what could be done.
