ST37500640AS slow reading Data

I have Seagate ST 37500640AS ... it reading very slow in DE ... when spin up it spin with clicks but reads it FW too ,,,, But DE extractor it reads extremely slow .. did change PCB and HDA .. but same thing any help will be appreciate ....

Seems like a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 SATA 750GB

Try to create loader from that drive and use it for starting new data extractor task.
