I have seagte st3160811As ,,... very very slow in DE ... I alrady change the HDA and pcb but same thing. still slow and it gives these error in terminal ... any help or clue will help me...

It is Barracuda 7200.9

AM Reacquired = Address Marker Reacquired

This happens when drive has dirty heads/broken heads or there are problems with logic board.
For 7200.9 dirty heads are much possible, so you can carefully wash them with clean isopropyl spirit.

Also, try creating a loader and use it, since there is a solution for "Failed sys sect. write! Nwt Er 00 RdWr 15cf0.00.022b" error.
