st9500325as write error

hi guru
i am involved whit a hdd as follow :
st9500325as , FW : 0002BSM1 500gb 2.5"

when i connect it to power , it spins up
after spinning up it remains busy but after a while ( 5 to 10 secs ) it spins down and shows ready state
after i enter seagate f3 window , the hdd was detected but 0mb capacity
i tried both of solutions but nothing happened
i have a report in terminal as follow :
