Hello,everybody
I have a driver ,
model:ST3500418AS
FW:HP34
Bios not detected
I try to use the terminal command to restore
F3 T>i4,1,22
F3 1>N1
PC3000-UDMA can detect driver
But also to edit sectors, but very slow. Even the state to have been busy ...
Does this have a better solution?
thanks.

Hello.
Well, these commands perform next action on the drive :
F3 T>i4,1,22 - clears alt-list
F3 1>N1 - clears S.M.A.R.T. parameters.
So, obviously, this drive has some other problems, that were solved with this commands.
Tell me what comes in terminal tab after startup? Enter Seagate F3 utility, switch to terminal tab , switch off power supply
then switch it on and check all the output this drive provides to you.Copy that to forum.
