Hello everyone,

I have 3 HD ST3250318AS model 7200.12 family is the problem BSY LED on.

- I tried the prodecure short and I had no success. When I run this procedure by giving the engine stop short, but then the rotation starts again.

- Can someone help me?

Is there any output within the terminal, after you power this drive on?
Also, have you tried to short the points and press ctrl-z keys together?
