Hello Ace support,
i have this error when i try to work with the seagate disk:
if i press OK them try again several times i can get in terminal and work well.
Can this be a PC USB TERMINAL problem ?

I had the same problem and resolved changing virtual COM port number to 4 (previouslly was 12).
You can do it in Device Manager, open CP201 USB properties ->Port Settings -> Advanced... And there change port number to 4.
I think that Windows XP is saving all used ports from previous applications, although they are no used anymore, and gives you new higher port numbers for new devices.
PC USB Terminal works better with lower ports (COM 4).
