In my experience if spindle stops without restart on F3, then is a hardware error - probably bad head(s).

Recieved next reply about this case.

1.Try testing this drive's PCB. You have to find same model PCB, resolder its ROM and put it to patient drive.
If drive will show same behaviour and same error message in terminal, then you have to try heads swap.

2. Head swap. Same model with same site code and capacity is required.

Small tip about heads swap: If you will unscrew this drive's lid and take out heads stack, you could see a small sticker on it. That sticker has numbers, so if you will find a same donor drive with similar numbers on this sticker, that head stack will most likely fit this drive. If numbers from same model drives are completely different, then it
may happen that heads will not fit or they will stop reading at one moment.
