I am working on an ST380819AS which identifies as family PUMA2.
PC3000 cannot ID this model -
Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between PUMA and PUMA2?
When ID this drive, it goes busy and requires power cycle to reset.
I'm not confident whether there is firmware problem with this drive, or PC3000 PUMA utility cause problem.
