UDMA don't detect my Toshiba 9F14311 HDD

I have a HHD of Toshiba, it's Toshiba 9F14311 HDD. I use my PC-3000 UDMA to recovery my data. But the software can't detect HDDs family.
What should I do? This data very importan for me. Can you give me some advise for this situation
