PC3000 UDMA dont support Hitachi HDS723020BLA642 drive , how can i handle this drive? Maybe anyone can help me.

Yes. This hard drive belong to new Hitachi IBM ARM Arch. and it is supported.
You have to use PC-3000 UDMA 5.1 version in order to work with it.

At first atempt i try Hitachi utility Sasha help me early and i try with Hitachi-IBM-ARM.
If i unscrew PCB from heads & motor then i can read rom, if connected then state always BUSY and i hear clicking sound.
