Its been really long since we got new update for those NEW Families in WD
like for example those families here:

EVERESTV
JAM_4KV
TAHOE_XL
Diablo3D

I started to see those new families since 2 months now, and still no updates for them
Specially the Diablo3D since am having problems with its HM issue

EVERESTV family is supported. It is listed within 2.5" drives. All the rest families are in development, since each family differs a lot from previous families. All news about updates usually appear on our website, http://www.acelab.eu.com/news.php .

Would it be useful to make and send to you 'HIF' (I think is HIF?) files from good working models?
