pc3k v5.0.2 setup ver 2.0.0.0 wont make arf

I am trying to run pc3k v5.0.2 setup ver 2.0.0.0
It runs
it asks me to create arf file
I select dir
click next
does some installing for 15 secs
then asks for license key

Now when I go to locate arf to upload - arf is not created.

eml version doesnt work either.

it accepted my previous license text but would not accept previous act file

I had a little problem installing the update as well. What I ended up needing to do:

1. Disable Firewall on computer
2. Disable Anti-Virus on computer
3. Reinstall the update with the update on the local hard drive.
4. Open the email file in Thunderbird (can be done in Windows Live as well.)
5. Copy the .ARF file out to the root of C:
6. Go to the update site at http://lic.acelab.ru/index.php
7. Follow instruction and it worked.
9. Run program and apply the file.
10. Reboot computer
