Hello.
Most likely some terminal misconfiguration take place. 7200.10 drives, haven't got any problems with terminal connection, and they must display messages after power supply is provided.
Please chec Settings "Com port" tab from Tools->Settings menu.
PC USB Terminal device must be installed in your system, and it is usually shown as "Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COMx)", where x is com port number.
However, if terminal works on other drives but doesn't work on that drive, it could happen this drive has problems with its logic board.
Try to take one from same model and see if terminal output is displayed.

You should set CP210 to both ATA0 and ATA1. If other utility that use terminal is open on other channel, like samsung or seagate, terminal will not work. Try other disk also to be sure.

It is possible that there is a problem with your USB serial adaptor. Was it working previously?
You should consult Roustam or Igor via Skype / MSN , im sure there are some tests they can ask you to do to confirm.
