2TB hard drive.

Having some issues. A novice here.

In PC3000 it readies ok. But I can not add the Data Extractor task because it can not read the ID.

I went back and looked and noted that the HDD section in PC3000 is void of any information.
However I get

Techno mode key
Techno mode key......................... : Ok

RAM:
HDD Info reading........................ : Ok
Heads number............................ : 6
Cyl Count............................... : 256

ROM:
ROM reading............................. : Ok
ROM Data size........................... : 256 Kb
ROM version............................. : 25.12E
ROM generation.......................... : 25.12E
Link table version...................... : 0B.36.
Consolidated ROM version................ : 00250012

ROM Modules:
Flash ROM dir reading................... : Ok
Flash ROM dir (ext) reading............. : Ok (Active)
Modules directory address............... : 377 653 (24)
Heads configuration..................... : by map
Heads number............................ : 6
Heads number in use..................... : 6
Switched off heads...................... : No
Heads map............................... : 0,1,2,5,6,7
ROM Firmware version.................... : 00250012

Yet when I tried to view module 90 information. I get;
Module 0x90 read error.................. : Module ID 90 reading error Data request error - Drive is not ready
Module sector read error................ : Module ID 90 reading error Data request error - Device Error Detected: "SERVO ERROR CODE BASE SvirActSync"
Module sector read (Head 0)............. : Physical read error C/H/S: -1/0/1 Device Error Detected: "VSCE KEY SECTOR MUST PRECEED DATA XFER REQUEST"
Module sector read (Head 1)............. : Physical read error C/H/S: -1/1/1 Device Error Detected: "VSCE KEY SECTOR MUST PRECEED DATA XFER REQUEST"

This drive was originally in a USB external case.

I did some research and found that perhaps a "loader" for this may assist. But I'm not sure what exactly the issue is at this point. Any suggestions.?
