Win7 and Vista 32-bit are supported.

64-bit drivers/OS won't speed up UDMA66 standart.

Hi All,

Speed isn't the issue. My card is installed on a machine running Win7 64bit and it would be nice if the card could be used. I don't intend on changing my entire operating platform to enable me to use the very expensive card i have purchased.

Any move toward releasing a 64Bit capatible driver?

Thanks
Joel

Well I bite the bullet and changed my win 7 to 32 bit even before the official announcement from support. Its been worth it.

Hi ACE staff,

As more and more of us would like to move on to 64bit arch, we would like to have 64bit drivers of course.
I know that driver development is a PITA, so i have a suggestion here:

http://radixweb.com/64bit_driver_migration.php

there are probably other firms doing something similar, this is the first one i found.

As far as i see they only need the 32bit source code to build the 64bit driver, might be worth asking for a quote.

pliz,pliz, pliiiiz :)

64 bit would be nice, just to have a machine that has 4GB+ ram... but to be honest I would rather have ace developers cracking new drives that come out instead of focusing on 64 bit lol

64bit driver does not need a lot of time... it is purely business i think.
