Very probably you could recover the NV-Ram from SA. Please try to use donor's board and launch "Nv-ram adjustment" command with default values.

Do u sure your PCB is not the original PCB..
if not try to restore NVR from SA Copy. there is the only option.
if you found other NVR. i dont think it will help u..
I have some of this NVR if you want i can send to you
