Hello, is there any way how to turn off bad sector reallocation (to G list) for WD and Seagate drives? I know it it possible on IBM and Maxtor.

You should save the G-List and after that clear it.
You can not turn off auto relocation with the utility but you can do it in DE by this way: Task Parameters->Error Handling->Disable "AutoRelocation"
