Strange case about pc3000 udma 4.7.x de

While processing used sector scan on data extractor,
I think it works well at first scanning,
but trying to rescanning, scanning works well until some points (that chain contains bad sectors) and stops working and no proceding.
if skips that chain, next chain scanning works well until meets some point and repeatedly.
So i must watch scanning process and if scanning stops, must skip that chain scan.

Is it bug or any advice.

Anybody got experience on this case?

Describe please more detailed task configuration (source drive, donor drive, reading mode and etc.)
