A best practice question...

...do you :

1). supply the customer with both the !Problem files and the good files ?

2). give the customer the option of having the !Problem files as well as the good files ?

3). just give them the good files and close the case

4). other option ?

I always go with option 1. Why waste time giving them options, just save the files once and be done with it. Sometimes files will still open even with a few bad sectors, especially things like videos and pdf files.

Same here, i give them all with a little explanation that those are files with minimum one sector unread but some might work.
