HDD details in Database

Hi ACE TEAM

Why not create a way in database for us to control our HDD stock with details of the drives (such as headmaps, preamps, etc, etc).
Like this, when I have a HDD and need to find a donor, we could immediately find it on the DB.

Is it possible?

I don't mean for management of cases. I mean for tracking our own HDD database.
And $99 monthly is very expensive....
