Technical Support till midnight Moscow time

Hi everyone,

We have made evening shift in our TS working schedule to be able to support users from another time zones. Now our TS works from 10 am till midnight at Moscow time ( +4 GMT). This time can be convenient for the users from the North and South America, as they are so far from Russia.

We invite all users to ask their questions by our Technical Support at new extended schedule.

What is TS's preferred method of contact? Is it best to email? Or best to leave a message here on forum?

The best way to get a help is contact us directly over email, msn, skype.

Hopefully e-mailing support will help get my questions answered, since no support staff on the forum has helped with several questions I've had.

**Which is exactly why Deepspar Support was so good. You post a question on the Deepspar Support forum and it's answered within 24 hours. On this forum, you ask a question, and it's unlikely you will hear back any response from the support staff EVER.

You stay confidential and get high quality individual help.

Here is working schedule of our TS:
All TS engineers work from 1 am to 10 am by Eastern Standard time, and one of our TS works on evening-night shift, starting from 6 am to 3 pm Eastern Standard time. Engineers work by turn on evening shift, so each time you can contact that person who is online or always contact ts3@acelab.ru and Igor's MSN or Skype.
The person on duty is at his desktop and obligatory checks Igor's pc.

Please feel free to contact any of our TS engineers, they will reply you within 24 hours, and usually much more quicker.

Just want to chime in to say support has been great lately. Many thanks to Roustam, Igor, and Sasha who have all greatly helped me in the past month.
