how do you find HDD Refrence function ?

Maybe it needs to be modified? Maybe you found any inconvenience in it?

I think it's a very nice idea.
Would be good to have pictures for all PCB of the referenced models. If you need any pics from drives you don't have, we can provide if necessary.
There are still some pages without content as well.

I think it is a very neat idea; i would like to see some points that we can measure with a scope or DMM to check if the preamplifier is still OK or not.

On WD Drives with enbedded rom - identify the pullup/pulldown resistors to enable external rom
