Hdd spinning but no information

wd20smzw-11jw8s0 its usb hdd but Orginal pcb got damage so I am using sata pcb. After connecting to pc3k hdd spinning ok but no serial model number and capacity. How to fix it

u read rom patient and put in rom donor?
