WD10EZEX-08Y20A0 detecting but not getting ready

I have a 1tb wd blue: WD10EZEX-08Y20A0
The drive is detected in pc3000 but not getting ready to read the data

I already changed the heads in case of being damaged and unfortunately same result. please any help.
