Need recommendation, good sw for extracting data from iTunes backup

Hi there
Can anyone recommend a good, 'simple to use' Windows-software for extracting meaningfull data (like pictures, videos, contacts etc) directly from a iTunes mobile sync backup?
Preferably free or low cost as I don't think I will need to use it too often.
