Advice on buying an enclosure/solution for building huge M2 NVMe SSDs farms for recovery computers

Postby nagravision » 13.12.24, 18:45

Hi Folks,
I'm looking for a solution to build a really fast system containing only M2 SSD's.
The idea is to be able to image disks directly to these M2 drive using Tableau/whatever solution to store drive-> image.
The idea is to find an enclosure, or something connected to the computer, where there is place to connect like 10/12 M2 SSd's.
Do you guys already have such system/solution in place ?
When we do data recovery it is always after a malicious activity and we need to be really quick to analyze, rebuild and found data. This is why we are searching for the best solution to be really quick on our imaging systems.
Thanks for help
PS: Budget is not an issue.

Think about the source Max. speed before u go high...
If the streets are full of speed cameras then there is no point of buying a Ferrari.

Yes sure I'm ok with you. But we want to be prepared in case the source is SSD's for example.

trust me, you don`t need that... unless you are working with 50 cases daily and you really need that much space
