8GB microSD with Spider Tool
I've got this ID = 0xDED9CA58 42ECDED9 (16-bit ONFI)
Who knows, is it real or not? Only ECD sounds good.

I would guess there is issue with contact between needles on spider board and signals on card or map you have is not perfectly correct. check all contacts are good and re-check ID again. what device is this?

AJ2008 is correct. On PC3K reader is quite common for monoliths. One byte shifted to the left.
