Hi,
what is the difference between: VEXT, VCC, V2, 5V, 3,3V on the monolith modul?
Thanks for information

VEXT - pin for external power supply connection,
VCC - power supply in case is extended power supply source is connected.
V2 - power supply from PC-3000 Flash reader;
5V - power supply for UISB monolith;
3.3V - changeable power supply for all others monolith chips.

Can you show me pinout that you are going to solder to Circuit Board?

I want to solder an adapter to use other adpaters on PC3000.

I don't know what is VSP1 and VSP2, but VCCq - is a GND for VCC (power supply of NAND core), and VSSq - GND for VSS (power supply for buffers). VCC and VSS need to solder on V2, and VSSq/VCCq - on any of GND.

Hello!
WP is not necessary, because it's Write Protect. This pin might be ignored, or soldered like a GND. I prefer to skip it at all
