I'm also curious about these cards. I found out that the speed is mostly the thing that changes sandisk memory types.
The 64Gb cards that run under 100Mb/s uses different pin outs than from 100-200Mbs ( which are now unsolvable cause of LDPC and ECC, randomized XOR)

Now i can see that the 300mb/s has even more different Monolith than those 2

Thios model of card can be solved.
