Huawei P8 Chip-Off

I chip-off (KMR310001M-B611 16GB (BGA 221)) eMMC chip from demage Huawei P8 PCB.
PC-3000 Mobile detect eMMC Chip, show size and partitions, but not read data.
Attaching log file. Maybe someone can comment on where the problem is?
