Does anyone have the pinout for this monolith. I've checked database and it's not there.

People will not share pinouts with you. It takes a lot of time and investment to research and develop pinouts. When you have a pinout that no one else has, people send you their jobs to recover, so there is no incentive to share the pinouts.
