It's a Sony CFast card. Works like a small SSD, with a complete SSD controller inside. Chip off will not help here - everything will be encrypted by the internal CPU.
At the same time, as I can see, the current drive has a problem with the internal translator inside the FW. Drive shows a wrong capacity and passport details, which means that current SSD stays in Kernel mode because it can not upload the firmware.
