Monochip - need pinout

Postby edbrandt » 15.02.21, 14:59

Hello

Does anyone have pinout for this kind of monochip? I couldn't find it in the database. The nand was inside a unmarked "key flash pen".

I haven't sanded the chip yet, won't do too much before I know if the chip is known or not.. But it has a typically 7x3 pinout. See pictures.

All help appreciated.

Thanks.

Maybe it make sense to try this one? Not sure that it will be compatible, but looks very similar - 3x7:
