First inserted the drive is not corectly detected. It has a yellow exclamation mark in device manager.

Than if I remove it and reinsert it is detected as some sort of generic mass storage device.

It also says something about switching USB. Can that be done forced somehow?
Anyway USB drive looks like this:

Memory chip is all covered in that black compund and i don't know how to remove it.
I have what it seemed in the first place to be a donor until i opened up.
Surprise was even if it looked the same on the outside, and came from the same place as the first one it has diffrent layout on pcb and different controller chip.

So any ideeas how to switch usb or how to get to memory chip?

Hello,

Theoretically you can find pinout of controller, detect all signals, unsolder controller and solder wires to the pads where controller was. After that - you will be able to read data directly from the NAND memory chip through PCB and wires. Theoretically. :D

Roman ,
Its a Chipsbank Controller ,If you have some other usb pendrive with same controller and nand is visible you could trace pinout
