No. It's LGA60 Chip H23QFG8PG1MCS Manufacturer SK HYNIX.

It's like the one found in iphones.

Its TLGA-60. In TLGA-52 adapter sometimes you can't read it.

It might be the same problem. I cannot read because chip does not ID because it is EZ-NAND.

Just a guess.
